Welcome to BSI, a marketplace platform that connects buyers and sellers of surveying instruments. By using BSI, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Scope of Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all use of BSI, including but not limited to browsing the website, registering as a user, listing or purchasing products.

2. Products

BSI allows the sale of both new and used surveying instruments. The buyer and seller are responsible for the VAT when applicable.

3. Default Currency

BSI has a default currency of ZAR, but will show the local currency where allowed.

4. Shipping

The buyer is responsible for shipping costs.

5. Returns

The buyer has the right to return the product for a refund within 30 days of purchase, unless the product is sold as-is. The seller is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration.

7. Liability

BSI is only liable for helping the transaction take place. BSI is not liable for any loss or damage to the product, or for any inaccuracies in the product description.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Africa. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Wyoming.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

BSI may update these terms and conditions from time to time. You are responsible for reviewing these terms and conditions periodically to stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of BSI after any changes to these terms and conditions will constitute your acceptance of those changes.
